3rd. Annual Home Improvement Blitz is to be held on May 19 from 10am-1pm @ Price Hill Community Center located at 959 Hawthorne. Learn about basic home repairs, find a contractor, and find an improvement loan. For further details call Matt Strauss 251-3800. Barbeque, door prizes and information all in one!

Press Conference was held May 4th. to update the current results of the Price Hill Focus Project. There were 582 arrests; over 42,000 dollars and 16 firearms seized in alleged drug transactions; 247 traffic citations; and, various nuisance properties have been demolished! In the past two weeks, 45 arrests were made for teen curfew. Over 1700 buildings were inspected which resulted in 717 orders for improvements. These orders sited over 2400 code violations. Over 200 PH residents attended the Neighborhood Watch Program meetings. Way to go Price Hill and Cincinnati. Let's take back Price Hill!

The next class of the Citizens Police Academy will begin on Wednesday, June 6th and run for 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings. The course is sponsored by the Cincinnati Police Department and is an effort to increase awareness, understanding and foster a better relationship between the police department and citizens. Covered topics include laws of arrest, search & seizure, criminal investigations, domestic violence, community orientated policing, and other subjects related to public safety. There is no charge to participate; however, registration is required. The deadline to apply is May 25th. College Hill Garden Tour to be held on June 23rd. from 11am-4pm. This is a self guided tour.
