Annual EPHIA Picnic open to Members and Friends of EPHIA this year.
This is the first year the Annual Picnic will be held at Horses On The Hill. EPH General Membership approved to invite our neighbors of West and Lower Price Hill Community Councils to join us. --> So to help with planning, do please register.
We will be giving away 2 vouchers for a total of 4 Red's Seats at the picnic.
Many hands make light work. The below volunteer list will be periodically updated as persons claim roles. Please email membership.officer@ephia.org to claim a role. If you have something you want to help with that isn't on the list, shoot us a message. *If there are costs associated and you would like to be reimbursed, do include that in your email.
- 2 Big Coolers
- Bring 2 big bags of Ice
- Vegetarian Main Dish
- Game / Activities (cornhole or something active in the grass)

- Split-the-pot tickets, bucket, and Hustler
EPHIA Board and Officers are already coordinating: food purchasing, grill, table setup, drinks, cutlery etc.
